Apply once daily. As nails improve, use less frequently. Can be worn with or without polish. If wearing nail polish, apply as base coat followed by EMMA V.S.N.P. and then EMMA top coat of choice. A second coat of Hemp Therapy Nail Hardener can be applied before bedtime.
