Commercial Machines: Remove all ice from machine. Pour 4 oz. Ice Maker Cleaner & Descaler in the water reservoir typically located at the back of the ice reservoir. Press “Clean” button. After machine has completed cleaning, start making new ice. For best results, refer to your owner’s manual for cleaning.
