EMMA V.S.N.P. STEP-BY-STEP REMOVAL & APPLICATION
1. Nail Polish Removal
- Wash hands with soap and water and towel dry.
- Saturate a ForPro Premium Nail Wipe with Gold Non-Toxic Nail Polish Remover. Place pad on the nail plate only and hold for five seconds.
- Use firm pressure along with a circular motion to remove the color from the nail plate. Be sure to concentrate the pad on the nail and avoid the surrounding skin.
- Rub the nail with a clean ForPro Premium Nail Wipe to remove any residue.
2. Nail Preparation
- Wash hands with soap and water and towel dry.
- Remove any existing nail color from the natural nail using Gold Non-Toxic Nail Polish Remover and ForPro Premium Nail Wipes.
- If necessary, trim the length from each nail, using nail clippers.
- Shape the nail edge (tip of the nail) with a soft grit ForPro Foam Board.
- Apply a small amount of EMMA Cuticle Zap evenly around the cuticle of each nail.
- Gently slide a cuticle pusher along the nail plate to lift cuticle.
- Remove any excess EMMA Cuticle Zap from the nail and use a curette to remove the cuticle.
- Clean with soap and water, rinse and towel dry.
- Use a manicure nipper to carefully remove any loose pieces of skin or hangnails. Use a gentle touch and never cut skin as it can lead to infection.
3. Cleanse & Purify
- Remove any dust from the nail surface with one spray of EMMA Scour Nail Antiseptic Spray.
- Apply EMMA Grip Nail Dehydrator to dehydrate the nail plate and create the proper pH for optimal adhesion of base coat and nail polish.
4. Base Coat Application
- For ridges or slight imperfections in the natural nail, apply EMMA Ridge Derm to resurface the nail plate, smooth out ridges and conceal imperfections.
- Shake to blend. Apply a thin layer of EMMA Stuck On You Base Coat to the free edge and nail surface. Allow to dry.
5. Nail Polish Application
Solid Color:
- Shake to blend. Apply one thin layer of EMMA V.S.N.P. to the free edge and nail surface.
- Apply a second thin layer of EMMA V.S.N.P. to the nail surface. The second layer will provide additional coverage and color, refining and perfecting the tiny free margins with each layer.
LA Manicure:
- Shake to blend. Apply one thin layer of EMMA V.S.N.P. color to the free edge and nail surface.
- Apply a second thin layer of EMMA V.S.N.P. color to the nail surface. The second layer will provide additional coverage and color, refining and perfecting the tiny free margins with each layer.
- Shake to blend. Apply one thin layer of EMMA V.S.N.P. white color to the free edge and tips of the nails in an arched smile line to flatter the nail shape.
6. Top Coat Application
- Shake to blend. Apply one thin layer of EMMA V.S.N.P Top Coat to the free edge and nail surface. Quickie Top Coat for a fast-drying and perfect, long-lasting shine or Rock Hard Top Coat for a rock-hard, long-lasting, ultimate shine finish. You can also choose Nonfat Matte Top Coat for an awesome matte finish.
- After one minute, spray nails with EMMA Cheetah Nail Polish Dryer Spray to speed up dry time or just use a couple drops of EMMA Love Drops to set the manicure in seconds.
7. Cuticle Care (optional)
- As a finishing touch to the manicure, apply a thin coat of EMMA Drench to cuticles. EMMA Drench provides the most intensive cuticle hydration. Softens and restores cuticles and promotes strong nails. Available in Original and Scented options.
