Shipping Policies

Continental U.S. per shipping address

Orders under $100 will be accessed a $10 service charge plus actual freight.
Orders $100-$499 will be charged actual freight.
Orders $1000 full freight will be allowed if invoice is paid within terms.

$3.00 Surcharge for residential shipments (no deductions).
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and International: FOB Lyon Township, MI

Return Policy

All returns must be pre-approved. To obtain approval, please contact your Business Expert.
The following procedures and policies must be met:

1. Merchandise must be returned within 60 days from purchase date.
2. Written authorization must be obtained. No merchandise will be accepted without a proper return
authorization number.
3. All merchandise must come back in original, clean, re-sellable packages (no price stickers or glue
marks).
4. Credit will be at cost less 20% restocking fee unless the return is on a guaranteed sale item.
5. Non-stock, special order and seasonal merchandise will not be accepted for return credit.
6. No returns allowed on furniture unless defective.
7. Return authorization form must be included with the return and the RA number must appear on
the outside of each box.

If you return merchandise that does not follow these guidelines we will discard the merchandise and
no credit will be issued.
