Larry Gaynor, President and CEO of tng worldwide (TNG), founded Nailco in 1985 as a modest counter in a health and beauty store. He had the vision for what nail technicians needed, and set out to provide such needs. With only three employees, Gaynor produced a 16-page black and white catalog, installed an 800 number for orders, developed the Gold Card (now Nailco Rewards) for its best customers and introduced the first nail show in the Midwest.

Gaynor leads TNG with the mission of providing 100% Customer Success. For more than 25 years he has served the industry through close relationships, personal service and expertise. In 2001 he was named Ernst & Young’s Michigan “Entrepreneur of the Year.” With business savvy, strong leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit, Gaynor has grown Nailco into TNG, a $75+ million family-owned multi-divisional business with customers worldwide.
